How our guarantees work
It's unlikely, but should a problem crop up within the first year of fitting, our customer care team will try to guide your through a simple fix over the phone. If this isn't possible, your local advisor will pop round and take care of the issue. This is our full 12 month warranty, and we promise to repair or replace any fault goods for free.
After this first year, a nominal call out fee will apply as part of our Peace of mind guarantee. The length of this peace of mind promise depends on the product you bought from us. However during this time we will make sure your product is repaired or fixed.
